Principled. Practical. Proven. These are the words we live by at Costello. Principled in ethics. Practical execution. Proven by results. At Costello, we are proud to be recognized as a preeminent full-service civil engineering and surveying firm. It’s taken years of consistently excellent service, in fact, we’ve been serving communities and agencies throughout Texas since 1991.
