Mr. Chen Lu is a senior professional with over 20 years of experience in regulation and legal compliance. Mr. Chen is a partner of CoStone Capital and oversees legal & compliance, he is based in Shenzhen. He is also a certificated attorney. Prior to joining CoStone Capital, Mr. Chen was at Guangdong Finance Trust, Shenzhen Stock Exchange and China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), where he participated in the work of listed company director, IPO issuance review and GEM preparation and planning. Mr. Chen received his Masters of International Finance and Law from Nankai University, and his MBA from School of Management, Sun Yat-sen University.
