Han Zaiwu

Mr. Han Zaiwu is an investment professional with over 23 years of experience in private equity, investment bank and brokerage market. Mr. Han is a partner of CoStone Capital, and responsible for overseeing marketing department, and has played a key role in CoStone Capital’s fundraising. He conducted investments of Jiugong Scientific&Industry，Conba(600572), StarTimes, Efort(688165), etc. Before joining CoStone Capital, Mr. Han worked as general manager at Eagle Securities investment bank department, where he oversaw affiliates in northeast area of China, and was involving in the shareholding reform, issuance and listing, and asset reorganization of many companies. Mr. Han graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) with B.A. in accounting and M.Eng in Engineering.
