Sander Den Hartog

Sander den Hartog is an experienced director and independent consultant specializing in cost management, margin improvement, and profitability studies. Since October 2018, Sander has served as Director/Owner at CostPerform, engaging with various solution providers on diverse projects. Previous roles include Senior Manager at KPMG Plexus from September 2014 to February 2018, focusing on health care management, budgeting, and financial analysis, and Head of Business Management Online Brokerage at BinckBank, where Sander oversaw business model development for online brokerage. With a background that includes positions at KPMG Advisory, Mittal Steel, and Polynorm, Sander holds a Master’s degree in Econometrics from the University of Groningen and has additional training in new healthcare practices.
