Joann provides expertise in the modeling of Passive Optical Networks (PON) for broadband services. She interfaces with client engineers regarding the latest equipment needed for PON, business data services, and interoffice transport and reviews inputs provided for their companies’ cost studies. Joann develops specifications for updates to CostQuest’s major cost models and performs user acceptance testing as network architectures change
