Jim Luttrell

Jim Luttrell was born and raised in the Sacramento area, and has resided in Elk Grove since 1980. He and his wife Linda have been married for 46 years. They currently live in the Del Webb community. Jim worked for the Sacramento Fire Department for over 30 years and retired as a Captain. He was president of the Board of directors for the Firefighters Burn Institute and Firefighters Local 522.
