Bastian Bornkessel

Bastian Bornkessel has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2005, they served as the Tennis Team Captain for TC Grün-Weiß Bochum, achieving numerous accomplishments and rankings. In 2011, they joined Binghamton University, where they continued their involvement in sports as the Tennis Team Captain and a member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee.

In 2013, Bornkessel began their professional career with internships at Pri-Pac and AFG - Arbonia Forster Group, gaining experience in sales and corporate marketing/communications, respectively. Bastian then worked as an Associate Consultant at Simon-Kucher & Partners in 2015.

Bornkessel joined Vodafone in 2016, initially as a Jr. Gebietsmanager SMO Projekte. Bastian progressively took on more responsibilities, becoming a Gebietsmanager Projekte and later a Senior Gebietsmanager Vertrieb SMO Süd, Vertrieb Mittelstand und Kommunen. Bastian'stenure at Vodafone lasted until 2022.

Currently, Bornkessel serves as the Sales Director DACH at Cosuno, a position they started in October 2022.

Bastian Bornkessel studied at the International School of Management (ISM) in Dortmund from 2014 to 2016. During this time, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in International Management. In 2015, they also briefly attended Edinburgh Napier University, where they studied General Management and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree. Prior to their master's studies, Bastian completed their undergraduate education at Binghamton University from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. Bastian'smajor subjects of study were Economics and Marketing. Bastian's academic journey began at Lessing-Gymnasium in Bochum, where they obtained their Abitur qualification between 2001 and 2009.
