Katja Dolinar

Katja Dolinar has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles in HR departments. Katja has worked as a Recruitment Consultant at ManpowerGroup, HR Specialist at Linea Directa d.o.o., HR Specialist at Studio Moderna, HR Development Manager at Iskraemeco, HR Generalist and HR Manager at Danfoss, Senior HR Consultant at Heads Talent Solutions, and currently holds the position of Head of People and Culture Department at Cosylab.

Katja Dolinar graduated from Gimnazija Poljane in 2002 with a degree in Classical Gymnasium. Katja then went on to earn a BSc in Sociology (Level VII) with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Social Sciences in 2008.
