Phil Richardson

Phil Richardson has spent over 20 years catalyzing growth in companies of all scales – from startups to publicly traded companies. Since 2013, Phil has led Lambda Consulting as a Founder & Managing Partner where he deploys his knowledge for building high performance organizations.

From 2007-2013, Phil served as Saba Software’s Senior Vice President & General Manager, EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). While at Saba, Phil was responsible for reigniting growth within the European operations and subsequently managing its transition to a recurring revenue/SaaS business model.

Prior to Saba, Phil served in VP positions for BEA Systems and Entrust, as well as holding a Regional Director position at Open Market, all positions in which he led European, Middle Eastern, and African markets and strategies.

Phil received his BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Manchester.
