Alessandro Macedo

Alessandro Macedo has a diverse and extensive work experience in the wind energy industry. Alessandro started their career at TECSIS - Clean Power for the World in 2005 as a laminador sr. Alessandro then joined WindCom (Wind Composites Service Group) in 2008 as a technician in wind blades. At TECSIS, they became a líder de equipe in 2013 before transitioning to Composites VCI do Brasil in 2017. At Composites VCI, they held various roles including Técnico de serviços em compositos JR, Leader Service Composite Jr, N1 Irata Technician / Wind Turbine Repair Blades, and Leader Service Composite Pleno. In 2019, Alessandro joined AAW - All American Wind Brasil as a Composite leader and later became a Blade supervisor. Currently, they are working at Cotech IRM Services, Inc. as an ESPECIALIST TECHNICIAN BLADE REPAIRS and will be promoted to OPERATION MANAGER in February 2023.

Alessandro Macedo completed their high school education at Colegio Estadual José Pioli from 1997 to 1999. Alessandro pursued further education at Task Academy from 2021 to 2023, gaining a degree in GWO Internacional. Additionally, they attended ALPIEND from 2022 to 2025 and obtained a degree in rope access N1 IRATA.
