Caroline Gien is an accomplished retail development manager with extensive experience in the French retail sector. Currently serving as Responsable developpement retail at Cotelac since May 2025, Caroline has previously held significant positions at The Kooples, including Responsable de zone retail France, where responsibilities included managing a team of over 200 collaborators across 110 points of sale and driving significant revenue growth. With expertise in team leadership, operational decision-making, and customer experience enhancement, Caroline has successfully led various retail initiatives at organizations such as Comptoir des Cotonniers, Petit Bateau, and Beiersdorf, among others. A graduate of IDRAC Business School with dual degrees in Marketing and Business Management, Caroline brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic insight to every role.
