Ali El-Masri

Ali El-Masri is currently a Senior Tech Services Engineer at Coterie Insurance. Ali was previously an Information Technology Associate II at Energy Sciences from June 2021 to October 2021. Prior to that, they were a Senior IT Technician at Huntsman Corporation from May 2017 to March 2021, where they provided support for all user IT support issues and worked with available resources, hardware and software to provide effective solutions, break/fix and problem resolution. Ali also responded to Service Desk tickets in HP Service Manager, telephone calls, e-mail and personnel requests for technical support. Additionally, they tracked and monitored the problem to insure a timely resolution.

From November 2016 to April 2017, Ali El-Masri was an Operations Manager at Tech Enterprises. And from September 2013 to November 2016, they were a Technical Support Specialist at Chrysler Group LLC.

Most recently, Ali El-Masri was the Vice President of Business Operations and IT at Elite Medical Billing and Practice Management from March 2021 to June 2021.

Ali El-Masri pursued an education in Information Technology and Networking with a Microsoft Option at Baker College Business and Corporate Services. Ali then went on to Wayne State University for a degree in Information Systems Management. Lastly, they completed their education at Oakland Community College in Computer Information Systems.

Their manager is John Pinto, VP of Engineering. They work with Jorie Cheshire - Software Engineer, Erika Eldrenkamp - Data Engineer, and Valerie Velos - Associate Software Engineer.
