Jordan Lew

Jordan Lew is a UI/UX Designer at Coterie Insurance. Jordan has also worked as a UX/UI Designer at Heat LA and an Assistant Vice President / Business Analyst at Worldwide Facilities, LLC.

Jordan has conducted research via contextual inquiries and user interviews to create personas representing primary and secondary audiences. Jordan has also delivered wireframes, high fidelity designs, and a prototype for a responsive e-commerce site. In addition, Jordan has led the development and project team to soft launch a client facing, interactive web portal including self service policy management and a comparative quoting tool with 10 insurance programs at launch.
