Chinedu Will Achebe

Chinedu Will Achebe is an experienced regulatory accountant with a diverse background in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Senior Regulatory Accountant at Coterra Energy since May 2022, Chinedu previously worked at Oxy as a Regulatory Accountant and at Apache Corporation in various tax-related roles, including Severance Tax Accountant and Royalty Reporting Accountant. Chinedu's expertise encompasses filing severance and royalty tax reports, conducting audits, resolving tax-related issues, and ensuring compliance with governmental regulations. Prior experience includes roles as a Tax Auditor for the Texas Workforce Commission and a Royalty Auditor for the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources, as well as serving as a Tax Compliance Officer at the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. Chinedu holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Houston.
