JJ Burnam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data services and management. Since August 2008, JJ has held the position of Data Services Team Lead at Coterra Energy, following the merger of Cimarex Energy Co. In 2018, JJ campaigned for a seat in the Oklahoma House of Representatives, advocating for public education funding and engaging with thousands of voters. As the President and Founding Board Member of Tulsa Data Science from April 2017 to April 2018, JJ contributed to the advancement of data science initiatives in Oklahoma. Previous roles include Audio Content Manager and Broadcaster at Century Interactive, bassist and backup vocalist for the band Wakeland, and various positions in sales and copywriting. JJ holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University, obtained in December 2008.
