Nathan G. Ray

Nathan G. Ray has extensive experience in the energy industry, currently serving as Manager of New Energy Ventures and Manager of Sustainability Engineering at Coterra Energy since May 2008. Nathan's role involves supporting the company's technological advancements to ensure operational success. Prior to the merger that formed Coterra from Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation and Cimarex Energy in October 2021, Nathan held various engineering positions at Cabot, focusing on production, completions, drilling, advanced data analytics, and corporate evaluations to enhance efficiency and profitability. Nathan began at Coterra as a Summer Engineering Intern in May 2006. Academically, Nathan earned a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin in 2016 and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution in 2008.
