Rita Behm

Rita Behm currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Reservoir Engineering at Coterra Energy since October 2021 and previously held the role of Manager of Corporate Reservoir Engineering. Prior to this, Rita Behm was with Cimarex Energy from August 2016, progressing from Engineering Manager of Operations Resources to Exploration Engineering Manager of the Permian Region, overseeing unconventional drilling activities and the financial aspects of projects in the Delaware basin. Rita Behm also managed relationships with non-operating partners as Project Manager in Culberson County and worked as a Reservoir Engineer in both the Delaware and Anadarko Basins. Rita Behm holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Tulsa, acquired between 2006 and 2013.
