James Hecker

James Hecker is an experienced professional with a strong background in business-to-business sales, education, and retail management. Currently serving as an Account Manager at COTG – A Xerox Company since January 2020, James has effectively managed and expanded market share within an assigned territory. Prior to this role, James worked as an Executive Admissions Advisor III at DeVry University & Keller Graduate School of Management International, where responsibilities included engaging prospective students and guiding them through the admissions process. Earlier experience includes a position as Assistant Store Manager at Petco, overseeing recruitment and training, and as Media Manager at TeamWorks Media, managing server organization and workflow.
