Allison Crossland is an experienced finance and business management professional with a robust background in educational institutions. Currently serving as Director of Finance and Resources and Business Manager at Cotham School since September 2018, Allison previously held positions as Cluster Business Manager for the Chepstow Cluster of Schools and School Business Manager at Forest View Primary School and Two Mile Hill Primary School, where significant initiatives, such as a building project for expanding pupil capacity, were undertaken. Earlier career roles include Curriculum Leader for Vocational Skills at Royal Forest of Dean College and County Skills Broker for Apprenticeships at Businesslink.gov.uk. With credentials from The Chartered Institute of Public Finance & Accountancy and a degree from the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Allison possesses a strong foundation in financial reporting, operational leadership, and banking.
