Chandra Kancharana

Chandra Kancharana has extensive experience in IT service delivery, agile transformation, and program management. They served as the VP of IT Service Delivery & Transformation at Cotiviti starting in 2015. Before that, they worked at UnitedHealth Group as the Enterprise Agile Transformation Leader, where they demonstrated skills in strategic planning, resource management, and problem-solving. From 2012 to 2014, Chandra was the Program & Delivery Manager, Agile PMO at NuView Systems, and prior to that, they spent over 11 years at Tata Consultancy Services as an Agile Delivery & Program Manager, working with global customers and holding certifications as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach.

Chandra Kancharana completed a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree in Computer Science from Andhra University, spanning from 1997 to 2000. In addition, they have obtained certifications in various areas such as inclusive teams, agile coaching, project management, and leadership.
