Dannon Vickers

Dannon Vickers has extensive work experience in various roles within the Information Technology (IT) field. From 2018 to 2023, Dannon worked as an Information Technology Support Team Lead at Cotiviti, where they led a team, moderated meetings, developed key performance indicators (KPIs), and implemented creative processes in JIRA that resulted in improved efficiency. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2021, Dannon held the same role at HMS and was responsible for providing Level 1 Help Desk support and troubleshooting incidents. In 2016, Dannon worked as a Technical Support specialist at K2Share, where they trained customers and peers, resolved support issues, and developed solutions. They also gained sales experience as a Sales Associate at MarketSource Inc. from 2015 to 2016, focusing on driving sales and providing customer satisfaction. Lastly, from 2014 to 2015, Dannon worked as a Customer Service representative at Target, ensuring fast and friendly service delivery to guests.

Dannon Vickers earned a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2019. They also obtained a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management and a Master of Management degree, both from the same institution in the same year. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Texas A&M University in 2017. Additionally, they earned an Associate of Science degree in General Studies from Collin College in 2015. In 2009, Dannon Vickers obtained a Highschool Diploma from Plano East Senior High.
