Mark Sokolich is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate strategy. As Assistant VP at Cotiviti since February 2008, Mark has successfully built the FP&A organization and navigated several major milestones, including a transition to GAAP and an IPO. Prior experience at GE Capital as Manager Finance involved evaluating mergers and leading financial due diligence, while a tenure at Citizens Bank as Vice President Business Development supported the CEO in corporate strategy and contributed to over $14B in transactions, significantly expanding the bank's assets.
