Cotney Consulting Group provides operational advisory services to commercial roofing contractors who want structure, clarity, and sustainable growth.

We work with leadership teams to install repeatable systems across estimating, project management, service operations, workforce development, and executive decision-making.

Most roofing companies do not struggle with effort.
They struggle with structure.

We help contractors:

• Build predictable estimating processes
• Install project management systems that protect margin
• Develop accountable field leadership
• Strengthen service divisions
• Align data, reporting, and financial visibility
• Reduce operational chaos

Our advisory work is supported by live workshops, online training programs, and leadership development initiatives — but our core focus is operational execution.

With more than 45 years of industry experience, John H. Kenney III and the Cotney team bring practical field knowledge, executive leadership experience, and real-world implementation strategy.

We don’t offer theory.

We install systems.
