Charlie Mangini

Charlie Mangini has extensive work experience in operations and distribution center management. Charlie is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Cotopaxi since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner at Catskills Agrihood Properties starting from 2019.

Charlie's previous roles include being the Vice President of Fulfillment at JCPenney from 2016 to 2019, where they supervised a national network of 12 facilities and led the design and construction of a distribution center in San Bernardino, CA. Charlie also held the position of VP of Distribution Center Operations at Dollar Tree Stores from 2015 to 2016, overseeing the day-to-day operations of 11 fulfillment centers.

Before that, Charlie had a long tenure at Kohl's Department Stores, where they held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Distribution Center Operations, Regional Vice President of Distribution, and Director of Distribution, among others. During their time at Kohl's, they managed a team supporting multiple distribution centers and focused on areas such as associate relations, talent management, and organizational development.

Charlie's earlier experience includes serving as an Operations Manager at TJ Maxx & HomeGoods. Overall, Charlie Mangini has a proven track record in operations management, distribution center operations, and leadership roles.

Charlie Mangini received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2004 to 2007.
