Mike Evemy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public service and marketing. Currently serving as a Ward Councillor, Deputy Leader, and Cabinet Member for Finance at Cotswold District Council since May 2019, Mike has been an integral part of the Liberal Democrat administration. Previously, Mike held the position of Supporter Recruitment Manager at the National Trust from November 2013 to June 2022, where responsibilities included developing strategies for member recruitment. Prior roles include Marketing Director at Towergate Partnership Ltd, Direct Marketing Controller at Nationwide Building Society, and a Councillor at Swindon Borough Council. Mike's education includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Interactive and Direct Marketing from the Institute of Direct Marketing and a BA (Hons) in Economics and Statistics from the University of York. Additionally, Mike served as a Parliamentary Candidate for North Wiltshire, where significant volunteer engagement and community interaction were hallmarks of the campaign efforts.
