Paul Hargreaves

Paul Hargreaves is an accomplished business leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the specialty food sector. As Chief Executive and Founder of Cotswold Fayre since February 1999, Paul has successfully taken the company from its inception to a leading position in the industry. In addition, Paul serves as Chief Executive Officer of Flourish Foodhall & Kitchen and is an author and speaker focused on creating a fairer world through business practices, exemplified in the book "Forces for Good." Paul also provides strategic advice as an Advisor for Boardroom Advisors, assisting SMEs in scaling up and adopting a triple bottom line approach. Previous experience includes a directorial role at the South East Food Group Partnership from 2010 to 2015. Paul holds an Honours II i degree in Zoology from the University of Oxford.
