Heidi Weiland

Heidi Weiland has over 25 years of sales experience. Heidi began their career in 1993 as a Manufacturer's Rep./Territory Manager at Paramount Sales Inc., where they planned and directed the launch of a product line in the Midwest region, resulting in sales growth from $30,000 to $18 million over 10 years. In 2011, they began working at Sourcebooks as the Director of Trade Sales, where they were responsible for 51% of the company's total sales, and managed the Amazon account and 600 independent bookstores nationally. In 2019, they joined Cottage Door Press as Vice President of Sales, where they managed a team responsible for Mass Market Retail, National Accounts, Discount Retail, Specialty Retail, Trade and Library Wholesalers, Independent Gift, and Independent Bookstore accounts. Prior to this role, they held the position of Sr. Sales Director at Cottage Door Press.
