Amber Noelle

Amber Noelle is currently the Manager of Research Operations at Cottage Health, a position held since June 2023. Previously, from October 1999 to June 2023, Amber served as a Business Officer in the Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology department at UC Santa Barbara, where responsibilities included overseeing research and teaching operations, managing contracts and grants, budgeting, and student affairs. Additionally, Amber was the Associate Director of a biomedical research facility, handling training, daily operations, human resources, and facility infrastructure. Earlier in career, Amber coached at SCV School of Gymnastics from 1992 to 1997. Educational qualifications include a Master of Environmental Science and Management from the Bren School at UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the same institution.
