Blaire Wilson Lcsw

Blaire Wilson LCSW has extensive experience in medical social work, currently serving as a Medical Social Work Case Manager at Cottage Health System since July 2014. Responsibilities include building rapport with adult patients, conducting bio-psychosocial assessments, crisis de-escalation, and coordinating safe discharge plans in compliance with CMS guidelines. Blaire has also previously contributed to hospice care as a Care Manager and Grief Counselor, facilitated youth development camps, and managed restaurant operations. Educational credentials include a Master of Social Work from California State University, Northridge and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Art Studio from both UC Santa Barbara and the University of California, Santa Cruz.
