Vincent R. Espinosa

Vincent R. Espinosa, CEBS, currently serves as the Senior Retirement Plans Administrator at Cottage Health, overseeing the defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans for a non-profit hospital since August 2019. Prior to this role, Vincent held several positions at JM Eagle, including Benefits Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing health and welfare plans, worker's compensation, and leaves of absence. At PAE, Vincent progressed through roles such as Benefits Operations Manager, Benefits Supervisor, and Benefits Administrator, focusing on benefits plan administration, M&A activities, and compliance with ACA regulations. Early career experiences include positions in human resources at PAE and Sears Holdings Corporation, alongside initial roles in sales and sports reporting. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, and has pursued further education in business and data processing.
