Leia Herlihy

Leia Herlihy is an experienced professional with a background in personal care assistance and child supervision. Currently self-employed as a Personal Care Assistant since April 2017 and serving as a Program Assistant at Cotting School since September 2016, Leia has demonstrated strong skills in providing support and ensuring safety for children. Previous experience includes a decade as a Childcare Provider, where responsibilities encompassed supervising children, planning activities, and resolving conflicts. Additionally, Leia interned for State Senator Katherine Clark in 2013, focusing on research, communication coordination, and administrative tasks. Leia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Fordham University, completed in 2016, and is a graduate of Winchester High School.
