Jennifer McQueeney

Jennifer McQueeney has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to employee benefits, client services, and management. Jennifer most recently served as the Director of Service, Group Benefits at Cottingham & Butler since April 2020. Prior to that, they were the Employee Services Manager at FAC Services, LLC from May 2016 to April 2020, where they were responsible for payroll and benefit services, as well as managing projects and mentoring a team. From 2004 to 2015, Jennifer worked at M3 Insurance, first as the Director of Client Experience, leading the development of client service strategies, and then as the Employee Benefits Client Services Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as Benefits and Payroll Manager at FAC Services, LLC and Benefits Manager at Famous Footwear, where they managed benefit programs and led teams. Jennifer has a strong track record of improving processes and delivering high-quality service to clients.

Jennifer McQueeney completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from Edgewood College between the years 1996 and 2000.
