Maureen Quann

Maureen Quann has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role is as the Director of Quality and Control Management, Corporate Counsel at Cottingham & Butler, where they started in August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Dubuque, Iowa from July 2011 to August 2021. From 2008 to 2011, they were an Associate Attorney at Smith, O'Callaghan & White. Before that, they were a Legal Assistant/Clerk at John Zachara Ltd from August 2004 to February 2008. Maureen began their career as a Project Coordinator for an NIH funded medical research study at Northwestern University, where they worked from September 1998 to August 2004.

Maureen Quann earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Clarke University. Maureen then went on to pursue a Doctor of Law (JD) from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2007.
