Melanie Kintzle

Melanie Kintzle has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Melanie worked at Cottingham & Butler for over a decade, starting as a Benefits Marketer and eventually advancing to the role of Assistant Vice President and Director of Service, Employee Benefits. In these roles, they focused on providing high-quality client service and developing strategies to improve service deliverables and staff productivity. Melanie was responsible for recruiting, retaining, coaching, mentoring, and developing staff, as well as overseeing the Consultant Development Program. Prior to their time at Cottingham & Butler, Melanie worked as a Benefit Manager and Benefits Executive, where they consulted on employee benefit solutions and provided account management. Melanie also worked as a Sr. Benefit Executive, where they developed employee benefit plan recommendations for prospects. Melanie's most recent role was with KKR & Co. Inc. as a Benefits Consultant, where they worked on secondment for a year.

Melanie Kintzle attended The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Finance, General. During the same period, they also studied at the University of Iowa and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance, General. In 2011, Melanie obtained a GBA certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).
