Robert Wuebker

Robert Wuebker serves as a board member for the Dubuque Area Swimming Hurricanes (DASH) since 2013. In a professional capacity, Robert has been an Account Executive at Cottingham & Butler, Inc. since May 1999 and previously held the position of Credit Manager at Norwest Financial from May 1998 to April 1999. Robert obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Loras College, where studies were completed between 1994 and 1998.
