Caleb Howard, CSM

Caleb Howard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Caleb currently works as a Business Strategy Analyst at Cotton GDS since March 2021. Prior to that, they served as an Office 365 / SharePoint admin at Cotton Holdings Inc. from August 2019. In this role, they were responsible for developing a company-wide intranet and driving user adoption through the use of OCM methodologies and custom PowerApps tools.

Before joining Cotton Holdings Inc., Caleb worked as a Change Management Consultant at Fizzbuzz Solutions from October 2018 to July 2019. Caleb successfully implemented a Change Management framework and developed a SharePoint 2016 infrastructure and roadmap for project delivery.

Caleb's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Consultant at Hitachi Consulting from July 2013 to July 2019. In this role, they led project planning, monitoring, and reporting, and played a key role in analyzing, developing, and implementing a data warehouse reporting platform for clients.

Prior to that, Caleb had a brief stint as the Owner/Operator of Expressions Café, Inc. from May 2009 to December 2010. Caleb also worked as a Technical Designer/Performance Manager at Aerial Effects LLC from May 2007 to December 2008, and as a Civil Engineering Survey Manager at BJM ASSOCIATES INC from February 2007 to February 2008.

Caleb's early career started as a Survey Technician at Sam Inc. in 2005. Overall, they have demonstrated their ability to learn new technologies, problem-solve, and meet client expectations while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

Caleb Howard, CSM, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Geomatics with a focus on Geographical Information System from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. Following a break in their education, they enrolled at Texas Tech University from 2011 to 2013, specializing in Mechanical Engineering. Caleb also holds additional certifications, including being a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in March 2019. In March 2020, they completed a course on "SharePoint Online: Working in the Modern Experience" offered by LinkedIn.
