Darren Fox

Darren Fox is an experienced professional in retail and people operations, currently serving as the Head of People Operations and Programs at Cotton On Group since March 2014. With a strong background in leadership roles, Darren has also held titles such as General Manager for Typo and Cotton On Kids, as well as Global Head of Retail for TYPO. Key responsibilities include overseeing a global retail operation across 13 countries and 180+ stores, managing EBITDA accountability, and leading various functions such as retail, merchandise management, and E-commerce. Prior experience includes roles as Supply Chain Manager at TYPO and Client Services Manager at Retail Directions, along with a foundational career starting as an Inventory Analyst at Bed Bath and Table. Darren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Recreation Management from Queensland University of Technology and a Higher School Certificate from Beenleigh State High School.
