Prior to these roles, Joanna served as the Creative Manager & Lead Designer at Hotter Shoes from August 2001 to January 2019, contributing significantly to the brand's transformation from a UK mail order business to an international multi-channel retailer, overseeing the launch of multiple websites, the first branded store, and international marketing initiatives. Joanna Houghton holds a BA Hons in Creative Imaging from The University of Huddersfield, earned between 1998 and 2001.
