Michael A. Rodriguez

Michael A. Rodriguez is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as Nursing Manager and House Supervisor at Cottonwood Creek Behavioral Hospital since May 2021. Responsibilities include organizing staffing schedules, providing guidance and training to staff, and managing bed admissions and discharges. Prior to this role, Michael was a Registered Nurse responsible for patient assessment and therapeutic interactions. Experience also includes serving as a Licensed Practical Nurse during the COVID-19 outbreak and a Nurse Apprentice, as well as roles in customer service and marketing. Michael is pursuing a Master of Science in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing at Western Governors University, complementing a Bachelor’s and Associate’s degree in Registered Nursing.
