Kelsy Call

Kelsy Call is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and employee management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Representative at Cottonwood Residential since February 2013, Kelsy manages worker's compensation claims, oversees the applicant tracking system, handles employee onboarding, processes terminations, and prepares turnover reports. Prior experience includes working as a Recruiter at Major Drilling International, Inc. from May 2008 to January 2013, where Kelsy managed the applicant tracking system, conducted interviews, assisted in onboarding and training, and processed DOT paperwork. Kelsy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Brigham Young University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Dixie State University.
