Stan Hanks

Stan Hanks has over 20 years of work experience in various finance and real estate management roles.

Starting in 1992, Stan worked as a Senior Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they successfully obtained new audit and tax clients, recruited and trained new hires, and resolved complex accounting issues.

In 1997, they joined TenFold as a VP Finance, where they managed the disposition of LongView for $29M and prepared quarterly board packages summarizing company results, budgets, forecasts, variances, strategic initiatives, and operation priorities.

In 2001, Stan became a Principal at RealSource Commercial, where they raised equity for participation in $1B+ distressed loans acquired from FDIC. Stan also managed all aspects of the commercial lending business, completing over $600MM loan volume.

Since 2012, Stan has been working at Cottonwood Residential as EVP Asset Management, responsible for the strategic direction of the company's western portfolio. Stan makes buy, sell, and value add decisions, handles certain corporate initiatives, and is a member of the executive team driving the company's strategic direction.
