Tyler M.

Tyler M. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tyler began their career with Interior Solutions as a Warehouse Manager in 2004. Tyler then worked for Imagine Builders, LLC as a Contract Manager/Internal Operations Manager from 2005 to 2006. Tyler's next position was with The Magellan Group, where they served as an Acquisitions Intern in 2007. In 2009, they joined Cirrus Asset Management, Inc as a Project Analyst until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an Investment Associate at Pacific Urban Residential. Following that, Tyler was a Senior Underwriter at The Aclaime Group from 2013 to 2014. Currently, they are employed at Cottonwood Residential, where they have held various roles, including Director of Asset Management from 2014 to 2017, SVP of Acquisitions from 2018 to 2021, and they currently serve as the EVP of Development starting from January 2022.

Tyler M. attended the University of Utah from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Tyler then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2006 to 2008, specializing in Real Estate. In 2010, Tyler obtained a California Broker's License from the California Department of Real Estate.
