Samantha Hanson currently serves as an Inpatient Therapist at Cottonwood Springs, specializing in the treatment of adults with severe and persistent mental health conditions since March 2019. Prior to this role, Samantha held positions at KVC Health Systems, including Family Preservation Therapist and Intake Coordinator, where responsibilities involved coordinating family safety measures and ensuring timely service participation. Samantha's early experience as a Therapist Intern encompassed both acute and residential services, where therapeutic techniques and crisis intervention were integral to the role, as well as outpatient services that involved diagnosis and the development of group programs. Samantha holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Avila University, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The University of Kansas.
