Mike Digby has extensive experience in machining and safety roles across various companies. Currently employed as a Machinist at Cottrell Inc. since July 2021, Mike previously served as a Safety Coordinator at Masonite® and held positions as a CNC Machinist at both MP Equipment, LLC, and Baldor Electric Company. Mike also worked as a Safety Leader at Accurus Aerospace Corporation and a Production Technician I at Eaton, where involvement in continuous improvement projects was prominent. Earlier experience includes serving as a Machining Associate at TACG, managing a 21+ operation Machining Line. Mike is a U.S. Army Non Commissioned Officer Academy graduate with a Certificate in Military and Strategic Leadership and holds an undergraduate degree in Commercial Music Engineering from Georgia State University. Additionally, Mike is an American Heart Association Certified Heartsaver First Responder.
