Adam Moiles

Adam Moiles is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in production and people development. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Coty since October 2016, Adam has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Operations Manager and Operation Excellence Manager. Prior to Coty, Adam worked at Procter & Gamble from November 2010 to October 2016, where responsibilities included managing production tasks and coaching team leaders. Adam's career began at CSX as a Conductor from May 2005 to May 2010. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of Maryland Global Campus, Adam's educational background includes graduating from Bel Air High School in 2002.
