Carly Hayes is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in brand design and creative direction within the beauty and cosmetics industries. Currently serving as Senior Art Director for Covergirl at Coty since September 2021, Carly oversees global brand strategies and creative executions. Previous roles include Associate Creative Director at Kopari Beauty and Graphic Design Director at Too Faced Cosmetics, where Carly managed comprehensive design initiatives and brand campaigns. Carly's earlier career includes pivotal positions at Coty, where significant contributions were made to Sally Hansen's brand redesign, as well as experience in freelance design and internships with renowned companies like Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. Educational achievements include a BFA in Packaging/Brand Design and an AAS in Communication Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
