Craig Mardon

Craig Mardon currently serves as the Interim Chief Financial Officer for Coty, beginning October 2023. Mardon has extensive experience in financial leadership roles, including serving as Chief Financial Officer for Lagardere AWPL from March 2020 to March 2023, overseeing a business with a turnover exceeding $400 million and managing finance and IT for several business units. Previous positions include Chief Financial Officer at EFEX, where Mardon played a crucial role in establishing financial leadership for a newly formed company, and Group Chief Financial Officer at Leading Edge Group, which involved managing multiple businesses across four countries with a combined turnover of over $210 million. Mardon also held the role of Group Financial Controller at TUI, where responsibilities included overseeing financial operations for multiple travel businesses in different regions.
