Donald Joseph

Donald Joseph is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and payroll management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Operations Manager at Coty since May 2018, Donald previously held several managerial roles at Mondelēz International from October 2008 to April 2018, overseeing global reporting, analytics, and HR operations across multiple regions. Prior to that, Donald worked as a Payroll Officer at Emaar Properties PJSC, and as a Payroll Accountant at Halliburton- KBR and Burj Oman LLC. Donald holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from The American College, India, and a Master of Finance & Control from Madurai Kamaraj University.
