Guilhem Souche

Guilhem Souche is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the beauty and luxury sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President Global Travel Retail at Coty since February 2020, Guilhem also holds the roles of China Managing Director and Legal Representative, as well as Greater China General Manager for the Luxury Division. Prior to Coty, Guilhem held various leadership positions at LVMH from July 2013 to February 2020, including General Manager for Canada at Parfums Christian Dior and Deputy General Manager for Marketing and E-Commerce in China. Earlier career highlights include significant roles at L'Oréal from December 1995 to June 2013, where Guilhem was General Manager for E-commerce and Emerging Retail Channels in L’Oreal Luxe China among other positions. Guilhem holds multiple prestigious degrees, including a Master's in Strategy from HEC Paris and a CEMS Master's in Business Administration from Università Bocconi, along with participation in leadership programs at LVMH.
