Hazel Horner

Hazel Horner has extensive experience in packaging development and management, currently serving as the Manager of Packaging Development R&D Packaging at Coty since August 2000. In this role, Hazel oversees project management encompassing the entire process from concept to technical validation and risk analysis, along with preparing training materials for specific processes. Previously, Hazel held positions at Coty as a Senior Packaging Technologist in Supply Chain, where responsibilities included executing make-up development and managing component validation, and as a Packaging Technologist in Supply Chain, focusing on seasonal color collections and streamlining specifications. Prior experience includes working as a Packaging Technologist for Van den Bergh Foods - Unilever, maintaining existing portfolios and new developments, and as a Quality Engineer, monitoring packaging material quality. Hazel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging and Print Technology from West Herts College.
